IMHO,Peak Oil is the barometer if you will by which bbl will be priced.For now DEMAND is the deterinning factor and what determines DEMAND is production (goods and services)which is now in a Recession.BUT make no mistake SUPPLY will speed Oils recuperation,short term it will be cuts implemented by OPEC and others,they will want to recuperate ASAP,LongTerm PEAKe Oil the lack of which will see last year's highs as the lows.Alternative Energy will see the Oil Industry not replacing or renewing infrastructure.

For me this has given me an opportunuty to restructure my holdings in CLL with a buying opportunity,doubling my shares and lowering my costs,paving (pun intended)the way for a much shorter term recoverey.AIMVHO
