Have been thinking al;ong the same lines and have come up with this observation.The US agency comes up with the data,I might add they have often misplaced a digit and were way off.When Oil was in the 100's,and Hurricane in Gulf, they(USA)had to go into there Stategic reserves,now we are not so NAIVE as to think theylet this go for a discount,no sir they got top dollar,this agency says consumer DEMAND has gone down 10%,yet WTI is off close to 300%.

Today this USA agency has been touting decrease in DEMAND espousing all the while that inventories are rising ,remember that Strategic Reserve well its being replenished at todays prices one guesse as to who profits from this,and its not the Oil conglomorates ,at least not those in Canada,I think cudos for CLL management are due for their production cuts?????
