Yes Brian I also tend to believe your views on inflation.The guy is right when he said the cure is wrong.He thinks if you let the markets go their own way which isn't good for people and will take a long time but could be the best to reset the created problems.If people are up to there ears in debt it's almost impossible to get them buying again.The hard way is to start saving money ,living lower standard and then if their accounts are in good shape again start consuming but that's a very hard deal.But I think on that matter Europe is not in such bad shape cause we had other rules to get loans.Housing prices specially appartments are lower around 25 % but houses still are high minus 10 to 15 %.Today it was the first day of bargain season and I was in town in a shop and had to wait almost 1 hour at the cassa.Huge rows and streets full of people.Have you still the feeling in the US too that crisis is more overdone in the media.Me and my wife said many times that you shouldn't see it's crisis when you're on the streets .

What governments will try everywhere is to create jobs by investing in infrastructure etc..But that will cost money that needs to be payed back probably on the back of the geneation behind us.So in short this could support the markets cause if jobs could stopped falling are be replaced consumers have some money to spent instead of being jobless.But in the long run I think we could see markets behave like the Nikkei index which has set a top many years ago at around 40.000 point and after then never reached it.

We are in CLL.Oil price related company.So if us $ get under pressure again oil will rise .Together with the suspended investements this could support the uptrend but could cause again problems later on.Many think that markets will never be the same like they were before and I agree that.Making easy money on stocks like it was years before and staying long will be difficult.

For us we need a rising oil price which could stay above 60 .Then we could say most troubles for CLL are gone.Hope they can make it.
