There is no misunderstanding. As an investor I am prudent, and do not find comfort in Dick's lack of clarity on this issue.

It's unfortunate that the conference calls are no longer available, or you would be able to hear the analyst form mcquarie (as i recall..)ask dick re: the covenants, and his reply. For those who listened in, please confirm that when asked if any progress had been made with regards to the loosening of the covenant regulating the 200 million, dick's reply was -- "no progress".

If I have made a misinterpretation then I urge you to correct me with info from the company. Until then I sit uneasy.
