trading below cash value?

Am i missing something here? CLL trading at below cash value?

Cash Sep 30 $236,375,000
Issued shares 211,182,000
Fully diluted 250,738,000
Cash per Issued share $1.12
Cash per fully diluated $0.94

At current price below 0.94 - one would think this should be a buying opportunity or at least a support level at 0.94.

Is the math wrong or am i missing something here? Damn it - we are not UTS!!!
