Yes you have some points there but it hard to figure out what is best.
Doing nothing and face a bankrupty with on top more lay offs again against taking a risk and using tax money or other to rescue the troubled situation and bring some relief is also something to consider.Years ago Chrysler was also in big trouble but managed to become profitable again and government recieved on top some extra.But I agree the bailout must be well considered and with a very good plan ahead and also some offers from personel.
Just doing nothing would be in current situation have a very negative effect IMO.
Just heard on out news here that Arcelor will stop more ovens again the previous announced.Only 8 of the 28 ovens are running right now in Europe.So car sector and home building have a huge impact on economy .
