You are right about alternative projects.These can put on hold again.

However here in Belgium there do a lot of testing with electric cars also with cars on methane (CH 4) .People living in town like the one I live nearby can hire such cars for shopping and put them back to certain locations.

But I dare not say right now that 1 $ we touched almost today will be the lowest so far.Will all depend on oil price.Let's hope we see a recover till end.We need 50 % up to reach 1.5 again almost.

Here in Europe they will help Opel which is part of GM to survive .
