Yes. They can meet their interest payment obligation by using the part of the 600M loan which is sitting in the restricted acct. Not so sure about the other requirements related to the loan covenant like 2009 1.5 ratio of EBITDA to consolidated interest coverage.

Nov 17 Alberta Dit-Bit was quoted at $36 sugesting the bitumen at $30/bbl.
