If I was DG I wouldn't wait to long for next approval .If they file it within some months then they could get it just after finishing Algar and have it in their pockets without waiting .

Cause as they said it would be satellite plants it maybe could go some quicker but like Brian said with those government payed guys you never know when they shoot in action.Or isn't it also not political driven,
