HEU is Horizon TSX energy ETF (exchange trade fund) which tracks the energy sector on the TSX Toronto X 2 (times two).

My bet is that this market hit the intermediate bottom today and IMO we will have 20 to 30% rally in this bear market before downtrend return. I am talking about the indexes. Not sure about individual stocks.
