Dumb question, but, who is "they"?/bc6915

For your dumb Question I have dumber answer.

"They" usually means small imaginary creatures who lives in our imaginary world (brain).

Sometimes they are friends and sometimes they are enemies depends on the situation on the real world. My friend "shrink' with whom I play tennis with told me that there is no cure for it.

PS. In this particular example I think they are the poor Argentineans who wants more profit from their oil fields. PDP just reported not so good numbers with excellent spin. I love our PR department.
