A while back I was toying with similar thoughts about share buyback. However in the back of my mind I also considered the possibility that with the price of oil dropping, who really knows what the future holds, and the company may not want to place too many eggs in one basket ... much as one is personally not supposed to own a dispraportionate amount of shares in the company they work for. How far is the price of oil going to drop ... seems to be the big unknown IMO.
