My concern is that something will happen -- for example -- with the line of credit you're mentioning. Whilst the ERCB is sitting on their thumbs, the credit market might dry up ... the line of credit might be halved or worse. In that case as a shareholder I would be extremely ticked off at the ERCB, and I imagine there might be a large class of other shareholders equally unhappy. Read into that whay you may.
