Yes I think so too.We have reached almost earlier bottom from 2002 for the second time and then jumped up very hard .This was quite an impressive move.

With election next week ,probably further rate cuts in sight ,price drops in energy components which will stimulate further drops in related products give some relief in longer view.It will take time but stock markets always looking forwards and maybe most of the worst scenario is priced in the mark

As for the shareholders buy back.I have same idea like Brian.They must go on with Algar as planned and not using cash to buy back shares which is only a short time move for some relief but in the long time a small action with minor return.If they can go on and hopefully have almost no delay by now till end 2009 they can start pumping up more bitumen and go to 20.000 by end 2010.Even oil stays is the range 60 to 90 they can generate good cashflow.

What about this chart "about cash available to service and repay debt,etc..".Probable this chart needs some adjustments as to they told earlier to stop expansion for MRC.
