"We have pass the brake even point. On Oct 22 (last Wendsday) the Dil-Bit at Hardisty Alberta was prieced $51.75 ($36 to $38/bbl for Bitumen). No posting for today yet (it will be in $32 to $33/bbl range."

I beg to differ,,,Oil is currently trading around the price it was when the Algar application was made...Would they have applied for and got financing for expansion if the price of oil wouldn't be profitable?
