Hi Rex, haven't heard from you in a while. I agree short term will be challenging, but am hoping for good news from the ERCB next week.

I've been doing some reading about the new upgraders Horizon and Long Lake, and now am curious what the difference is in general between an upgrader and a refiner. Time to do some googling.
