I heard yesterday morning on the radio that the US Government is going to provide loans directly to businesses. They're going to completely bypass the banks in some cases. Also comments were that this hasn't happened since the Great Depression. I haven't heard anything since on that, so am waiting for more news. Personally I'm hopeful we've hit bottom. By the way, you asked about candles and woaks (I think?) ... were you trying to say "wicks"? Not sure what you were referring to, but candles have wicks, no such word as woak (if I remember correctly your question).
