Algar was approved, production hovering around max cap ahead of schedule and strong q3 numbers due Nov 11 and the SP is going down..My guess is shorts keeping price down to cover.. OR if you really want to go conspiratorial,,SP being forced down ahead of great news due to a hostile takeover attempt. After all big boys involved in UTS may be looking to buy something instead of building it.
