Not sure we are going to get approval by end of Q3, hopefully we do so we can get the ball rolling. Of course when it dips below $3 it is a good time to get more shares. I am looking for the real value in 2011-2012 time frame once P2 is done, maybe pipeline, and possible expanasion of refinary with P3 in the works and hopefully PDP recovered.
