The BNN interview posted earlier, I'm pretty sure (not positive ... was trying to exercise while listening and the volume was difficult to hear) I heard Joanne say UTS needed about $1B in financing to move forward. I don't have a position there so don't follow it closely, but anyone not bringing in cash and/or in need of financing seems to be taking it on the chin more so than others.
