unbelievable volume on UTS today - record for it?

with .93 per share in cash fully diluted (1.10 per issued), CLL seems to be extremely cheap right now (has 232MM in cash at end of Q2). Granted most of that cash will be burned on Algar, but not all right away.

Why are we being punished so hard? nothing makes sense....
