Credibility

Todays SP moves as per Oil price and TSX. Seems DG's "words" have no impact. Maybe its a case of saying approval will come in 2nd quarter, then late 2nd, then 3rd, then late 3rd, and now early Oct. At some point credibility becomes an issue.
