If I was DG I would focus once Algar is running on improving my current plants with minor cost and waiting a bit until he's sure of geting enough cash from it to go for further plans.
He can't place his cash at risk for projects he's not sure he gets enough profits from.
B.T.W I'm no Canadian but there are some readings on SH about goverment etc..Is goverment the reason for all the delay in approvals?Why would they hold up investments which could benefit the State ??States which have oil or bitumen are in favor I think to other countries like we have here in Europe where energy is a much higher cost.Good for extra income by taxes etc..and econmics.
I also agree with Jurek that we will stay for quite some time in the range between 3 to 5.25 and if we are lucky maybe a jump to 6 but to go over it will not before Algar is on line and producing.
First I thought we could see 6 by Q4 but after latest Q2 # I think not possible.
Oil is once again sliding despite hurricane seasons .We are near the support line again .Don't think it will hold.
