DG doesn't really know when Algar approval will come. He can say things like "before the end of the 3rd 1/4", then change that forecast as it passes. It is out of his control. What he should be concentrating on is having the current POD 1 running smoothly and at the production levels he talks about. The 2-3 day shutdown will tell him whether or not CLL will be able to attain this. If they are able to ramp up production after the shutdown then that bodes well for POD1 and gives then knowledge to help with future PODS.
