CLL performs very strangely sometimes. Seems to be an inverted case of "Sell on the rumour, buy on the news."

I agree with you, the SP going up in spite of the 'bad' results was a very good sign. Most of my energy holdings were finally green for a change. Apparently the market is predicting better things in the near future with respect to energy. Probably something to do with supply and demand, the decreasing price of oil, and the cooling economies.
