I agree, many institutions sell just prior to news releases, probably because of the old adage,sell on news..Of course it could always be that they're covering a short position..It's not unknown for institutions to be playing long,short and everything between at the same time.

PROBLEM with CLL is just bad luck..It seems that every milestone they meet tends to be during market turmoil.
