The second quarter numbers are just fine for this stage of development. I am just repeating and agreeing with 2Crude's assessment. For those holding long, a junior oil company that is in the building process will have numbers similar to Connacher's second quarter numbers at times.
In my opinion, Connacher is doing it right and eventually has a chance to become a major oil sands producer. In my opinion also,it is the only small company that will become a major oil sands producer with no partners.
As for Jurek; on a regular basis, he has the best numbers on this Agoracom Board and people should listen to him rather than argue with him. He has already indicated where his numbers differed slightly from the second quarter results but understandably, he would not have been able to predict every little variable with regard to Connacher.
By the end of this year, Connacher has an excellent chance of producing above 9,000 barrels a day. By the end of September, a go ahead on Algar will have been received. In the world of Junior oil and gas, it doesn't get any better than that.
I notice that we do have some traders on this Board and everybody is entitled to trade the way they wish. However, for those that are playing this stock up and down, you are going to get burned big-time eventually. For those of you that are holding long, you are going to be very, very pleased with the results over the long term.
I'll make one more comment. Disregard what most of the brokerage houses are saying because they are generally leading you in a direction which favors them. Do your own due dilligence, and you will sleep well at night.
Enough said.
Best Wishes to All,
Lynn
