I'm not a chart guy, maybe I should look into it. SP shouldn't be effected much by an upcoming NR nor should it be effected much if everything meets expectations. It is when expectations are not met, good or bad, that SP's move. Prices generally move up past where they should be on spikes and also past where they should be on downward spikes. Downwards on fear and upwards on greed. The downward price on oil is causing fear which IMO is causing a SP fall below where it should be. I don't think they are hiding anything material, as that would be criminal.

My belief is that CLL has not shown enough to gain the confidence of major money people. DG secured NG by buying Luke but may have paid too much, he has PDP as a relief valve, that is becoming less and less of a security blanket, he is having trouble getting Algar appoval therefore causing the financing to be a gorilla, production has not increased whether by production problems or a delivery bottle neck issue. These issues are holding back a higher SP, I also believe that they are all issues that can be fixed. DG may not be the guy to fix these problems though.
