Another spin to this would be someone taking out CLL at this relatively low SP. I believe the price reflects about $80 oil not the $100+ as it is right now. DG could find his baby a target without better production numbers, other oil people may think themselves smarter and better connected therefore they may buyout. DG will still end up with lots of money, but not nearly what he may think it is worth.
