Hi Lynn

Little confusing to me .If the guy is right about delay like he thinks it is

indicates that public consulation is ongoing through 2008. To me that indicates that, if the same process is followed in Alberta as in Ontario, there won't be approval until 2009.

If that should be the case why is DG stating always that approval is around the corner?
