If they had the cash to make investments then sure buying on the cheap isn't bad, but they borrowed to fund Algar. My point on the discussion about the financing is that it may have been early. If Algar gets approved in July or by mid August the financing may not have been bad. The thing is Algar approval may not occur for awhile, nobody really knows. Its already been 2 months longer then GD and counting. You would think after going thru the process it might have been smoother the 2nd time. It doesn't appear to be the case.
