Do you think that CLL SP is down because luck of the news?

Or do you think that wildly publicized and expected news like ALGAR approval and significant increase in CLL bitumen reserves or expected by the Street $0.2 net Q2 cash flow and $0.08 net Q2 earnings (see Reuters report) will move the CLL price much higher in this market environment?
