Yes I overstated the debt to a billion, but it is close. At the most they might receive 4% on the Algar portion, they are paying 10.75%. You do the math!

At least I hope it is now being put to work, with the cash down, as per yesterdays presentation, that means it is being spent, hopefully on Algar stuff!
