2C, you mentioned a week or so ago a reference manual or something akin to that which was, in your opinion, the definitive guide to SAGD. I occasionally enjoy spending a summer evening with a couple glasses of beer and a highly technical reference manual.

Can you provide the exact name/author of that volume again, and let me know where I could find a copy? I'm not sure if Amazon would have it - what about places here in central Alberta like Midfield or Northern Metallic - could they order it in?
