Yeah ,have the same feeling about him.Seems a nice guy and like you said intelligent too.In my investors period since many years he is the first CEO who answered questions in personal to mails and phone calls.

I never have heard about a CEO doing this .I think he has a good experienced team around him of engineers with a lot of knowledge about SAGD.
