I do not disagree that the Connacher SP gets both too high and too low. This is normal in the way markets work. My point is that with CLL and the TSX, everything on both ends of the spectrum, seems to run to violent and inexplicable extremes. It is my belief that in these extremes is where we see the signs of manipulation. Further, the manipulation is likely accomplished by the institutional investors with relatively modest volume on their part to affect the violent swings up and down. In no way could one call what we see frequently in the SP behavior of CLL a normal behavior. It is in the extremes that we see the signs of manipulation!
