The rumor is that there's supposed to be news today or tomorrow about a possible buyout. Please bear in mind this is just a rumor, and if turns out not to be true there may be a number of unhappy sellers. Just my thoughts, may not be worth much ... I'd be very surprised if DG would want to see that happen.

The question I have is what would such an event have on CLL's partnership with AOS?
