I was thinking of a shorter pipeline, instead of to Montana maybe an upgrader a little closer. I thought Ab govt., was trying to give incentives to upgrade there, but someone replied here that is not so. Anyway it was just a thought that the refinery could be sold to fund an upgrader whether that was in Ab or Sask.
