I have an idea that in fact nobody is able to give a good explication for this short problem.

I think if 5.25 which in fact was the conversion price is overtaken then for those who hold them they will benefit from the rising sp instead of the interest.

Right now I see 2 important levels.around 4.75 and 5.25 .Once broken we will rise quickly to 6 .

According to Pescod's artickle I doubt if we will hear something about an announcement from Algar at AGM.
