James Inhofe, R-Okla., ranking member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, called on Congress to revisit the ethanol mandate and asked the EPA to exercise its "congressionally given authority to waive all or portions of these food-to-fuel mandates as part of its rule-making process."
