my take is mannipulation dictating to gullable investors,bbl has been rising,interest rates decling,both of these are good for cashflow,but still naive investors follow the general trend of the market,almost as if this stock were part of a mutual fund.Today we have the greenback escallating while the Canadian dollar recedes,investors should note that a higher US dollar means more to cashflow as CLL is paid in US dollars,seems to me this is MMs and investors following their direction..JMVHO
