yes the market was down as a whole ,I suppose an interest rate cut should effect thr dollar ans as a consequence the index,however it should be noted that bbl was up and lower interest rates mean COSTS are\ go DOWN,that means a higher profit,investors should give their head a shake for sure proffit taking is an investment strategy but lets stop selling low and buying high,price going up tommorrow along with bbl JMVHO :-)
