One reason a US listing might help -- just my opinion -- is the stock isn't as visible as it could be. For example just last week I asked my broker -- I'll omit the name -- this question: "Why aren't any of my holdings covered in" (your) "ratings?"

My broker's response was The ratings are "...designed to cover approximately 3,000 of the largest (by market capitalization) US-headquartered stocks. Unfortunately, as the holdings in your portfolio are either foreign companies or ETF's that may involve additional risks, which include differences in financial accounting standards, currency fluctuations, political instability, foreign taxes and regulations, and the potential for illiquid markets, they have been excluded from the Ratings model."

So if I search my broker's database for A or B rated stocks, or some of the other volominous criteria, CLL won't ever show up. However there may be something said for no US listing, such as lower volatility ... hard to say.
