I had to look up surreptitously. If an institution is not looking or talking at CLL surr...., then they are not doing their DD. I think at this point CLL management is not doing the reverse. I think CLL is comfortable in their progress, comfortable with the money they have for POD 2, that is why they are paying comfort money, so they are not sourcing institutional investors right now. They have everything they need right now, they just have to walk their talk.
