I'm not knocking the importance of a high SP, the Capital Expenditure program for 2008 is POD 2. If a refinery expansion takes place it would still take 2-3 years to do after lots of management discussion. I don't believe a refinery expansion will take place until management sees what type of success POD 2 has. That makes the MRCI expansion 3-4 years away if at all. Therefore no need to spend cash on listing in the US. Don't put the cart before the horse. I do understand everybody with options wants a high SP. The SP will get there.
