Thanks Rink, good article! I was worried about a rise into earnings and subsequent drop, unfortunately we fell into earnings with a subsequent drop. The behavior at this point is truly disappointing. I'd blame it on falling oil prices but there's never been much correlation in the past.

I'm hoping it's just going to take some time for the numbers to get digested and houses begin buying in. It sure seems like the train is beginning to roll ...
