I asked that before and didn't get a response. Whats happening is nobody cares right now. If you look at what is happening in the States regarding layoffs in the Investment houses it may make a little sense. The bottom producers will not have a job. If Canada follows suit, as far as layoffs are concerned, money guys in North America will be careful. They don't have to be the top producer, they just can't be in the bottom 5%. To do that in todays environment safe is the key. A company like CLL will be ignored.
