I've been a little concerned also about approval for Pod 2, but this was comforting to read "We have already preordered certain key long lead items in anticipation of approval and to ensure we can remain on our preferred timeline for completion in 2009. "

Nice news release, gives us lots to chew on. I guess we can't complain about the lack of news for a while now.
