My guess is shorts are going to start to cover if they haven't started already. With the potential returns going up (higher reserve return, higher oil price, higher natural gas price), production of Randal coming on stream, and the ongoing ramp up of POD 1. More institutions putting money into energy stocks instead of financials makes it more risky then ever before. There are probably better areas to short right now.
