Since the debentures have been brought up fairly often recently, would someone be willing to take the time to explain their characteristics in layman's terms for the board?  Ie. discuss how they were issued, what their seniority/position is with respect to other forms of equity and debt, and discuss their eventual redemption under various scenarios (ie. cashing in versus conversion).
